Nurse Practitioner
The nurse practitioner is a professional nurse with advanced knowledge and assessment skills in a specialty area of palliative care. Duties will be performed to assist families with navigating the health care system, to foster seamless rather than fragmented care and to maximize quality of life for patients and their family.
